Our Direct Hire solution is a multi-tiered process aimed at providing our clients with the best possible candidates to fill their current open positions. We utilize our years of experience along with a variety of tools at our disposal to sort and filter through all qualified candidates. After several pre-interviews with our staff, candidates are presented to our clients. We then coordinate communication between the candidate and client from interview to an official offer of employment and completion of client specific pre-requisites. Once the position is accepted SPI offers a fee-free replacement guarantee.
